the renegade of coffee, we do things our own way.

 

we set out to create something new, something that excites us, something we want to drink, along with a place where we feel at home, where we can welcome everyone. a place where we can share our knowledge & experiences. a creative place where we can experiment and learn, a quiet revolution. 

 

we have been focused on the future of coffee. we are fortunate to be travelling, gathering inspiration, and experiencing all sorts of different cultures, food, tea & coffee. 

 

we play and experiment with techniques and ingredients not normally used in coffee. some techniques from molecular gastronomy, some techniques from cocktail bars, some techniques from science labs and some techniques we have created through trial and error too.

 

we love the joo chiat hood and we are excited to start our journey here. we love the energy and vibe and we love our little coffee bar on the corner. for 100 years, joo chiat has become a place where people gather, eat and drink together, we are proud to now be part of its history. 

 

we are looking forward to share the drinks our r&d team have been working hard to create. we are happy to share these new experiences with everyone and excited to welcome you to join us.
